What does dual range mean?

The literal translation of dual range is double range. Which means 2 weighing ranges in 1 scale.

By default, a scale has a single range division, for example 6kg total weighing capacity with a division of 2g. Many of our scales are equipped with a dual range, which means you get 2 weighing ranges in 1 scale. An example of a dual range scale: Capacity of 15/6kg with a division of 5 g / 2g. Here, the scale is accurate to 6g up to 2kg and above 6kg up to 15kg at 5g.
